About the Scholarship
The 2024 scholarship application cycle is now closed. Thank you to all those that applied. The scholarship recipients were announced at our Annual Spring Luncheon on Friday, March 8, 2024.
To qualify for the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Memorial Scholarship, applicants must:

- Be female or someone that identifies as female.
- Be a first or third year law student in the upcoming Fall semester in an accredited Texas Law School;
- Have graduated from a high school in the Texas Coastal Bend area, defined as the following counties: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces, Refugio, and San Patricio;
- Submit a 400-800 word essay in which you share a RBG quote that resonates strongly with you and answer the question: "How will you embody the notorious spirit of RBG to impact your community?"
